1. Scope of Services Each clinician will deliver comprehensive, point-of-care screening including:

• Dental assessment – visible decay, gum status, urgent referral triggers
• Diabetes screening – fasting/random glucometer test, HbA1c testing for deranged glucometer results.
• Blood pressure & hypertension checks – seated & standing, two-reading protocol
• Gout risk assessment – joint symptom history, family history, arrange blood testing for high-risk patients – CBC, CRP, TSH, Urate, eGFR.
• Diet & lifestyle counselling – tailored advice on reducing salt, sugar, purine-rich foods, and strategies for maintaining healthy weight & hydration
• Lipid & other wellness checks – capillary or finger-prick as appropriate
• Brief results consultation – explanation, printed record (if required), referral pathways
• Aggregate reporting – optional anonymised summary for management

All testing complies with Ministry of Health guidance and maintains privacy, informed consent, and rigorous infection prevention and control standards.
